What data do I collect?

You directly provide me with most of the data I collect. I collect data and process data when you:

Fill in and submit the contact form on this website. Email me. Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback, either electronically or verbally. Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies. I may also receive your data indirectly from third parties such as referrals etc. You provide me with data during coaching sessions.

How will I use your data?

I collect your data so that I can:

Process your coaching sessions and manage your account. Contact you regarding coaching sessions and other relevant details. Contact you with offers, products and services from Wakiki Coaching. Your data may be sent to third parties if required to do so by law.

How do I store your data?

I securely store your data at my home address either electronically or printed / written copy.

I will keep your data for a period as required to complete your consultations, and for mandatory accounting periods. Once this time period has expired, I will either delete or securely archive your data. Any computers will be securely erased, to a mimimum of DOE-compliant 3-pass standard, before being deposed of. All printed and written data will be cross-shredded.

Marketing

I would like to send you information about products and services that I think you might like, if you have agreed to receive marketing. You may always opt out at any time.
